American Diecast Models, LLC Ordering Information
Orders may be placed via our web site or via various auction sites which ADM chooses to utilize for these purposes. Models may also be purchased directly from an ADM representative.
All models are sold on an "as is" basis. No additional representations are made for any model. ADM sells mostly "used" models. These models were originally in someone's collection so we make great efforts to specify the condition of the model and the box for each item. Photos will show many sides of each of the models so the potential buyer can make his or her own decision regarding the value of the item.
Orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS based on the buyer's requirements and ADM's policies. We reserve the right to ship via any means necessary to get the model to the buyer within a reasonable timeframe. ADM charges for shipping at current rates which includes a small markup for handling. The current rate for ground shipping in the Continental United States is:

Additional freight charges are required for areas outside the US and for those orders shipped via the US Post Office. We ship all international orders via UPS or other Insured Airmail services at our discretion. Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
ADM currently uses a third party for fulfillment services so the products may be shipped from various addresses within the United States.
Payment is expected in advance by means currently acceptable to ADM. Currently ADM accepts payments via Paypal, money order, personal check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. All personal check orders are held for 14 days to insure the check clears before the model will be shipped.
Ohio residents will be charged County sales tax.
